Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer

About the role

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.

Responsibilities

• Supports throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including requirements development, production, sustainment or logistics activities.
• Provides Test expertise supporting the planning, coordinating and conducting developmental and operational tests including developing schedules, cost estimates, and documentation.
• Coordinates with Army Capability Manager (ACM) or user and test community organizations, including the Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Cross Functional Team (CFT), ACM Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Brigade (BDE), Army Evaluation Center (AEC), Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) and test range personnel.
• Formulates opinions, decisions, and performs the task specified in the statement of work.
• Performs detailed and complex calculations and assesses advanced systems concepts, specifications, and performs system integration.
• Manages, analyzes, and resolves detailed data.

Requirements

17 years’ relevant experience, Requires experience and the ability to perform detailed and complex calculations plus knowledge of practices/principles necessary to assess advanced systems concepts, assess specifications, and perform system integration.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required, Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
