Senior Test and Manufacturing Automation Engineer

About the role

The Senior Test and Manufacturing Automation Engineer is responsible for developing, upgrading, and maintaining custom automation equipment, processes, and databases for global manufacturing facilities. They collaborate with R&D and operations to support New Product Introduction, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure product quality. The engineer performs test analysis, software development, and maintenance of test fixtures and equipment related to electromagnetic devices like motors and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Designing and modifying automated test systems
• Supporting standard work implementation
• Working with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, Automation, Controls, Robotics, or Computer Science
• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• LabVIEW, C++, C#, Matlab
• CAD software
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Data acquisition
