Senior Test Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using TestRail.
• Perform API automation testing using tools such as TOSCA and Postman.
• Utilize Rest API for testing and validating backend services.
• Monitor and analyze application performance using Splunk, Kibana, and Grafana.
• Document and report defects, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
• Conduct regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Utilize SQL and DBeaver for database testing and validation.
• Work with NoSQL databases such as Couchbase and Cassandra for data validation.
• Implement and manage Kafka for real-time data processing and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our dynamic software testing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software testing methodologies and tools, with a particular emphasis on TestRail as a deal breaker skill. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the quality and performance of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in testing, preferably in telecom domain.

Skills

• Proficient in TestRail for test case management.
• Amdocs Billing Experience.
• Strong knowledge of TOSCA for automated testing.
• Experience with API automation testing using Postman.
• Familiarity with Rest API testing and validation.
• Proficient in using Splunk, Kibana, and Grafana for monitoring and analysis.
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience with DBeaver.
• Experience with Couchbase and Cassandra databases.
• Knowledge of Kafka for data streaming and processing.
