The Senior Tenant Improvement Superintendent will take ownership of large-scale projects, driving field operations, managing subcontractors, leading foreman meetings, and ensuring every project is delivered with precision, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage tenant improvement projects from inception to completion
• Conduct foreman meetings and ensure effective communication among team members
• Develop project schedules and timelines to meet client expectations
• Collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain project quality
• Ensure compliance with union regulations and standards
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for repeat business

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial tenant improvement projects
• Proven ability to manage project schedules and conduct effective meetings
• Existing network of quality union subcontractors is preferred
• Experience with large tenant improvement projects (100k–200k+ SF) is preferred

Pay

Salary Range: $150,000 – $190,000 / Year DOE
