Senior Technology Vendor Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technology Vendor Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own the technology vendor management function with a strong focus on lifecycle oversight, contract administration, and cross-functional coordination. You will help ensure vendor relationships are well governed from onboarding through renewal while supporting better decision-making through clear reporting and performance tracking. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders to keep commitments aligned, contracts current, and supplier performance on track. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Manage the technology vendor lifecycle from onboarding through renewal Maintain a centralized inventory of vendor contracts and records Coordinate contract reviews and renewal processes with stakeholders Facilitate vendor discussions and track commitments Support vendor evaluations and competitive assessments Monitor vendor performance and contract obligations Develop reporting processes to improve decision-making Qualifications 8+ years of experience in vendor management and procurement operations Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management and contract administration Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders across various functions Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accountability Strong analytical and negotiation abilities Benefits Fun, relaxed work environment Education and conference reimbursements Parental leave top-up Opportunities for career progression and mentoring Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
