Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Partner with IT Operations teams to understand current processes, pain points, and demand drivers.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, waste, manual work, rework, delays, and unnecessary handoffs.
- Use Lean Six Sigma, process engineering, or continuous improvement methods to assess opportunities.
- Determine whether a process should be redesigned, simplified, standardized, or automated.
- Evaluate whether process change, workflow improvement, system integration, AI-enabled automation, or other technology solutions are the right path.
- Help prioritize opportunities based on value, complexity, risk, scalability, and operational impact.
- Capture current-state and future-state workflows, requirements, process flows, decision points, and success measures.
- Support delivery teams by ensuring requirements are clear, processes are understood, and solutions are aligned to business outcomes.
- Avoid automating broken, inefficient, or poorly understood processes.
Education/Previous Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and more than five (5) years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Financial Services sector is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, process engineering, business process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
- Ability to analyze IT and business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities.
- Experience supporting IT Operations, infrastructure, enterprise technology, shared services, or similar operational teams.
- Strong understanding of automation concepts, workflow improvement, system integration, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
- Ability to assess opportunities for business value, operational readiness, risk, scalability, and measurable impact.
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state process flows, business requirements, functional requirements, and decision points.
- Ability to determine when the right answer is process redesign, standardization, workflow improvement, integration, automation, or no technology change.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or enterprise technology delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting delivery teams through requirements clarification, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-production feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple intake requests and priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

- The total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
