Senior Technology Integration Specialist

About the role

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Technology Integration Specialist to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Validates the integration of diverse hardware and software components to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Approve technical specifications for system interfaces and data exchange protocols.
• Authorize the evaluation of new technologies for potential insertion into existing Mission-Support Frameworks.
• Oversees the integration of logistics data repositories and maintenance tracking systems to provide real-time asset visibility.
• Coordinate the technical rollout of collaborative tools that facilitate information sharing between headquarters and forward-deployed units.
• Manage the technical bridge between sustainment databases and operational planning software.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• Experience in lead systems integration roles.
• Must hold an active Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
• Proficiency in developing cross-platform data synchronization workflows for joint theater operations.

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
