Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant within Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB). This role focuses on analyzing detailed design documents, creating test scripts, testing and learning new technology, and supporting its rollout. Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems, specifically telephony systems.
• Contribute to the development of cost-effective systems and procedures that meet business requirements.
• Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges and provide solutions.
• Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate business problems and lead a team to deliver technological solutions.
• Act as an internal consultant using quality tools and process improvement to re-engineer technical processes.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to resolve issues and provide technological solutions.
• Manage project schedules and deliverables while coordinating communication between teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Call Center Telephony technology experience.
• 4+ years of application and/or call routing development experience with Genesys, Nuance, and/or Five9 products.
• Call center/contact center technology experience preferred.
• Experience navigating software development and knowledge of design documents.
• Experience working on cloud projects.
• Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

Salary range is determined by job location. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
