About the role

Join our dynamic team as a key member in our innovative product development department. You will be responsible for ideating, developing, and testing new food products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs
• Create and refine product concepts based on research findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales
• Develop prototypes and conduct pilot tests to evaluate product feasibility
• Prepare technical documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
