Senior Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot engines, transmissions, and hydraulics.
• Work closely with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of heavy machinery CAT dealer experience and 10 years of heavy equipment industry experience.
• One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school.
• Must possess tools necessary to repair heavy machinery.
• Successfully complete a background check.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school; Minimum five plus year's of CAT dealer experience and ten year's heavy equipment industry experience or equivalent education and experience.

Pay

$35.88 - $57.50 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time position based in Salinas, CA.
