Senior Technical Trainer-(Remote)

About the role

As a Senior Technical Trainer, you will build capabilities that drive operational excellence across Arxada's manufacturing network. Partnering with Operations, Quality, Engineering, EHS, HR/Learning & Development, and site leadership, you will design, deliver, and improve technical, leadership, and continuous improvement training programs. This remote role (based in GA with frequent travel) offers the opportunity to influence learning at scale, shape a culture of continuous improvement, and empower teams to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs focused on manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, leadership development, and operational capability building.
• Facilitate and coach application of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DMAIC, DOE, root cause analysis, project management, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Lead train-the-trainer initiatives to strengthen facilitation capability and ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery across sites.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align learning strategies with business priorities, operational goals, and workforce development needs.
• Coach project teams, leaders, and continuous improvement practitioners to translate learning into measurable business impact and sustainable results.
• Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through feedback, capability assessments, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Training & Development, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in technical training, continuous improvement, operational excellence, leadership development, or manufacturing capability building within industrial, chemical, process, or life sciences environments.
• Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement tools.
• Proven ability to facilitate training programs, coach diverse audiences, and translate complex technical concepts into practical workplace applications.
• Experience developing or delivering train-the-trainer programs and supporting certification pathways is highly valued.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred; additional training, facilitation, or project management certifications are advantageous.

Pay

The expected salary range for this role is $125,000–$135,000 annually, with variations based on experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location, and other job-related factors.
