Senior Technical Trainer

About the role

The Senior Technical Trainer will lead technical workshops, bootcamps, and certification prep sessions for Unqork's diverse customer base, including enterprise customers, global strategic partners, and internal employees. The role requires a deep understanding of Unqork's platform and the ability to navigate and explain complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly engaging, interactive technical workshops and bootcamps using adult learning theories and continuous formative assessments.
• Collaborate with the instructional design team to provide structured feedback and drive continuous improvement of Unqork Academy curricula.
• Develop a deep understanding of Unqork's platform, particularly in areas like data orchestration, workflows, and integrations.
• Enable systems integrators by ensuring they have the practical capability to build and deploy scalable enterprise solutions on Unqork.
• Collect and analyze data from training cohorts to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Unqork Academy experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical trainer, developer educator, enablement specialist, or solutions engineer in a fast-paced SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• A deep foundation in adult learning theory and instructional delivery styles.
• Experience leading technical workshops and bootcamps, with a proven ability to engage and retain audience interest.
• A strong technical aptitude, comfortable navigating and explaining concepts such as web services, data modeling, and RESTful APIs.
• A growth mindset, open to feedback and willing to adapt instructional delivery based on peer coaching, quality reviews, and learner evaluations.
• Fierce independence and adaptability, able to work effectively in a remote-first environment and pivot quickly when necessary.

• Ability to travel up to 15% for high-value, on-site client deployments or partner enablement events.
• An AI-forward mindset, enthusiastic about using AI tools to automate workflows, enhance creativity, and increase personal impact.

• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Technical aptitude in areas like web services, data modeling, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with adult learning theories and instructional delivery styles.

• Hiring Ranges: Tier 1: $95,000 - $120,000, Tier 2: $85,000 - $110,000
