This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Specialist (Content Creator) based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to shape digital storytelling and content strategy for a globally recognized imaging and technology portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Create, plan, capture, write, and edit multimedia content, including product launch videos, social media assets, website content, and storytelling campaigns.
- Develop compelling narratives around seasonal campaigns, industry milestones, product announcements, and brand moments.
- Provide technical and creative direction during photo and video shoots, collaborating with internal teams and external creative partners.
- Capture content at live events, trade shows, and industry gatherings, delivering timely assets for digital platforms.
- Transform video and visual assets into written content optimized for websites, SEO performance, and audience engagement.
- Contribute innovative ideas to creative strategies and marketing initiatives throughout the year.
- Manage content calendars, project timelines, workflows, and distribution processes to ensure efficient delivery.
- Analyze content performance metrics and prepare reports that inform future strategies and improvements.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional with strong technical expertise in digital content creation, photography, and video production.
- You should be comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams and industry professionals.
- 5-7 years of professional marketing experience in an agency, brand, or in-house environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital content creation, including video production, editing, photography, scripting, and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience using professional cameras, lenses, and related imaging equipment to create high-quality content.
- A deep understanding and passion for photography, videography, and imaging technology, particularly mirrorless and cinema camera systems.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and confidently appear on camera when required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating scripts, storyboards, and campaign materials.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for photo shoots, trade shows, meetings, and events.
- Ability to work remotely from a home office near a major metropolitan area or airport, with occasional overnight travel.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required due to travel and driving responsibilities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
