Senior Technical Sourcer
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and team leads to understand technical talent needs and develop compelling job descriptions for technical roles.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for a variety of technical positions across the organization.
- Identify, engage, and nurture qualified technical candidates through multiple sourcing channels (online platforms, referrals, social networks, etc.).
- Manage candidate pipelines, relationships, and communications to provide a best-in-class experience.
- Track recruiting metrics and report on sourcing effectiveness and progress to hiring teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends and talent pools in relevant tech areas.
- Collaborate with recruiters and other stakeholders to support scalable recruiting programs and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of in-house technical sourcing experience at a high-growth tech startup or similar organization.
- Or have been in an executive recruiter/researcher role where you identified top talent.
- Proven track record sourcing for engineering, or executive roles.
- Strong proficiency with sourcing tools, platforms.
- Proficient in utilizing AI.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a commitment to a great candidate experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Pay
Compensation: Competitive, with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, plus equity, generous perks, and comprehensive benefits.
Schedule
San Francisco office attendance as required (typically 3 days/week).
