Senior Technical Solutions Manager, Signals

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Signals Specialist to join our Technical Solutions team. This role serves as a trusted technical partner for advertisers implementing and optimizing their ad signals. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the technical subject matter expert for advertiser signal integrations, including CAPI and pixels.
• Leading technical discovery calls to understand advertisers' tech stacks.
• Guiding advertisers through end-to-end CAPI onboarding, including implementation, configuration, and validation.
• Performing QA and debugging to ensure accurate, complete, and deduplicated event data.
• Advising on best practices for event design, data mapping, and measurement strategy.
• Troubleshooting signal issues and diagnosing discrepancies related to data loss, event mismatches, deduplication, and attribution gaps.
• Providing clear, actionable guidance to advertisers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
• Partnering with sales, product, and engineering to unblock advertiser issues and surface recurring signal gaps.
• Identifying trends in advertiser challenges and contributing feedback to improve tooling, documentation, and workflows.
• Helping shape internal best practices and playbooks for signal implementation and support.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad tech or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with CAPI, pixels, and partner integrations.
• A strong understanding of ads signals including events, attribution, and data pipelines.
• Experience working directly with external clients in a technical or consultative capacity.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across frontend systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A Bachelor's Degree.
