Senior Technical Solution Architect - Industrial AI

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Industrial AI architectures integrating Voice AI and SLMs
• Architect integrations with various manufacturing systems like MES and ERP
• Create architectures for connected worker solutions spanning multiple devices
• Define strategies for deploying AI workloads across different environments
• Provide architectural governance and technical guidance across teams
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety and cybersecurity standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Industrial AI, IIoT, Digital Twins, or Smart Manufacturing
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 architectures and connected factories
• Proven experience designing solutions connecting frontline workers with enterprise systems
• Familiarity with Digital Twin platforms like NVIDIA Omniverse and Azure Digital Twins
• Experience deploying Small Language Models (SLMs) in industrial environments
• Knowledge of OPC UA, MQTT, and operational technology integration
• Experience integrating enterprise manufacturing systems such as MES and ERP

Pay

$132,200 – $211,400 annually
