Senior AI Solutions Architect - Industrial Engineering

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Support Business Development and Sales in driving ecosystem success for Industrial Engineering accounts
• Collaborate directly with engineering-software developers and customer teams
• Assist developers in GPU-accelerating CAE/CFD/FEA solvers on the company platforms
• Implement physics-informed ML and digital twins to enhance engineering workflows
• Analyze and improve simulation application architectures for performance acceleration
• Collaborate with product and research teams to provide technical feedback
• Conduct trainings and technical demonstrations on the company solutions

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in relevant engineering or scientific field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in CAE/CFD/FEA or computational engineering with focus on solvers and HPC
• Hands-on experience with commercial or open-source simulation tools such as Ansys and COMSOL
• Strong foundation in numerical methods, linear algebra, and physics solvers
• Proficiency in programming with Python and C/C++, particularly for GPU workloads
• Familiarity with accelerated computing, distributed systems, and HPC clusters
• Experience in building complex customer solutions across various components

Pay

$184,000 – $287,500 annually
