Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive project execution by coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, work tracking, and monitoring delivery metrics.
• Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
• Mentor and guide team members to support effective project/program execution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs, with at least 5 years in Agile and 5 years in traditional waterfall delivery.
• At least 10 years of experience working in a large enterprise (5,000+ employees) or the Federal Government.
• Proven ability to lead and influence executives to achieve project objectives.
• Hands‑on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and work tracking.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional team leadership abilities.
• PMP and CSM/SAFe Scrum Master certifications.
