Senior Technical Recruiter – Robotics & Engineering (Medical Devices)

About the role
As a global medical technology leader for nearly 100 years, a patient’s mobility is enhanced by a client product or technology every 8 seconds. As a full life-cycle Temporary Senior Technical Recruiter, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent. This role specializes in robotics within the MedTech sector and focuses on highly technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence in Austin, TX once a week.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
- Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements, culture, and values.
- Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for the client and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
- Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a full life-cycle Recruiter.
- 3+ years of experience working on technical positions.
- Experience as a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
- Experience hiring senior individual contributor roles through Director level.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or
- Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience.

- Strong sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.

$42.00 - $42.00/Hr
