Senior Technical Recruiter - Pacific/Mountain Time

What You Will Accomplish

• Source, attract, and hire talent across engineering, infrastructure, platform engineering, and product management, aligning with Eve Legal’s strategic objectives.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify top-tier passive candidates through channels like social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Build and foster relationships with engineers and executive leadership to support a seamless recruitment process, providing insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Elevate candidate experience by ensuring a positive, engaging experience for candidates, building relationships that reflect Eve’s commitment to people and innovation.
• Provide weekly updates on recruitment metrics, including funnel conversion rates, time to hire, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing data, to inform strategic decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 7 years of in-house technical recruiting, with a proven track record recruiting for technical roles, infrastructure, platform engineering, and product management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathy, ensuring positive engagements with both candidates and internal teams.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with engineers, product leaders, and executives in a startup environment, understanding the unique needs of a high-growth AI-focused organization.
• Proficiency in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, with the ability to provide actionable insights and weekly updates on key performance indicators.
