About the Opportunity:The SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER II role is pivotal for driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives within the organization. This position acts as a strategic advisor to engineering and executive leadership, managing complex technical hiring pipelines and aligning talent strategies with business objectives. The recruiter contributes by sourcing specialized technical candidates and optimizing recruiting operations to support the company's growth and innovation goals. Responsibilities:Partner with senior leadership to align talent strategies with product and business goals.Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple complex technical roles.Guide hiring managers on market conditions, compensation, and candidate selection.Engage with top-tier technical talent across various domains including AI, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software.Utilize diverse sourcing channels and advanced tools to identify and attract specialized candidates.Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and processes.Monitor market trends and advise leadership on competitive positioning.Implement process improvements across recruiting technologies and workflows. Requirements:Minimum of 8 years in full-lifecycle technical recruiting within SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or similar fast-paced environments.Experience managing high-impact technical hiring and influencing senior engineering leaders.Proven ability to design and execute targeted talent acquisition programs.Proficiency with recruiting technology platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI sourcing tools.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience negotiating executive offers.Technical familiarity with cloud infrastructure and AI development workflows.
