Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

You will partner directly with founders and leaders to design hiring funnels, build talent communities, and create great candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering and GTM roles to help Opsedge scale a world-class team.
• Own sourcing, outreach, and pipeline building for priority roles.
• Run structured interviews and facilitate debriefs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on scorecards and closing strategies.
• Maintain high-signal recruiting analytics and reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical recruiting at high-growth startups or agencies.
• Proven ability to close senior IC and manager-level candidates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
