Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

This role involves leading full life-cycle technical recruiting efforts within the MedTech industry, focusing on highly specialized roles in robotics. As part of a global talent acquisition team, you'll work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top technical talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
• Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with company standards and culture.
• Guide managers and candidates through interview phases, managing offers and negotiations effectively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a full life cycle Recruiter
• 3+ years of experience working on technical positions
• Experience as a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes
• Experience hiring senior individual contributor roles through Director level
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
