About the role

The Marketing Enablement Technology group is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master/Technology Project Manager to oversee multiple agile development teams. This group is responsible for the strategic planning, construction, enhancement, maintenance, and governance of Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign platform, digital web properties, and enterprise content delivery channels.

In this role, you will work with technology development teams and business partners across the Enterprise to deliver challenging solutions. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, lead business solution delivery, mentor junior team members, and contribute to launching new products. The role offers challenging work that encourages personal growth in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage advanced technical knowledge to plan and manage complex technology projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
  • Support larger, more complex projects or small technology programs composed of several projects.
  • Oversee project management activities, including project reporting, planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, internal client management, relationship management, and project documentation preparation.
  • Develop budgets and statements of work, including project justification and plans for complex technology projects.
  • Define roles and responsibilities of the project team.
  • Monitor project financials and update plans with accurate, up-to-date information in a timely manner.
  • Follow financial standards and processes (e.g., monthly external revenue accruals, procurement, and external payments).
  • Coordinate business subject matter experts and engineers to ensure appropriate staffing and resource alignment.
  • Maintain regular contact with internal clients and report on project progress and accomplishments.
  • Work with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute the project.
  • Formulate operational strategies/tactics at the program level and execute against them.
  • Build and maintain a wide, active network across the enterprise, knowing when to engage or activate it.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in your job discipline, with working knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Ability to lead projects or work streams within broader projects.
  • Accountability for your work and sometimes the work of others, providing process and standards advice in your specialty.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, as well as part of a team.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
