Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure remediation backlogs are groomed, prioritized, and aligned with agreed milestones.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and remediation throughput.
- Cookordinate activities across CloudOps, Infrastructure Engineering, DBA teams etc..
- Identify, track, and escalate blockers impacting vulnerability remediation.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate risk reviews and mitigation planning.
- Produce weekly and monthly dashboards.
- Track KPIs and Milestone
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT services or consulting, preferably in production support.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- Experience managing Agile delivery for Infrastructure, Security, or Technology Operations programs.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalent tools.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
