Senior Technical Project Manager

Position Description:
The IT team is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex IT projects and keep them on track. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Typical Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of complex IT projects (cloud, infrastructure, security, enterprise systems)
- Keep projects on track — scope, schedule, budget, and execution
- Work side-by-side with engineers and leadership to solve problems and move work forward
- Act as the connector between IT and the business with clear communication
- Identify risks early and manage change before things go sideways
- Help define and improve how projects are delivered
- Maintain a safe working environment
Education:
A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in Program or Project Management preferred.
Skills/Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in delivering technically complex IT projects
- Ability to run multiple high-impact projects at once
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems
- Comfortable with driving accountability and making decisions
- Clear communication with both technical teams and leadership
- Experience in the AEC industry
- Familiarity with tools similar to Wrike
- Exposure to engineering environments (ProjectWise, CAD, etc.)
