Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align multiple projects within the business group
• Ensure that issues and risks are managed
• Align schedules with testing and deployment timelines
• Communicate status to stakeholders
• Manage relationships with business, IT leaders, developers, architects and other stakeholders
• Ensures successful completion of all work executed by the project team
• Control the activities of multiple, large scale, cross functional project teams consisting of contractors, vendors and internal staff
• Ensure compliance with the project methodologies, and EPMO processes and standards
• Create, communicate and manage project plans and other required project documentation
• Estimate, plan, execute and administer multiple simultaneous projects across the full project lifecycle including strategy through implementation for moderate to high complexity and high-risk initiatives
• Independently plan, organize and control the activities of multiple, large scale, cross functional project teams consisting of contractors, vendors and internal staff
• Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedule creation, effort and resource planning, and synthesizing of plans across multiple projects

Requirements

• Program and Project Management certification
• Hands on experience with Java and majority of the following SOA Technologies in the career path: Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle BPEL Process Manager, Oracle Business Rules and Oracle Business Process Manager (BPM)
