Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional team(s), bringing together the business, the delivery team, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery.
- Share and implement best practices from different development methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models) as needed by the project.
- Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate conversations and enable decision making.
- Manage large and complex consulting engagements with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Apply creative thinking and seek innovative solutions to complex technical and business problems.
- Develop and communicate integrated project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and support the triage and resolution of critical issues that arise throughout the project.
- Perform hands-on delivery work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project.
- Contribute to and develop a community of project managers and leaders.
- Leverage proven account management or other relevant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated success in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, with a robust portfolio of CRM and ERP projects.
- Experience creating process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams, or system diagrams to visualize current and future state solutions.
- Understanding of how MS Dynamics and Power Platform integrate with other enterprise components, such as Salesforce.
- Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a project or program management role, preferably with full agile development life cycle experience.
- Ability to establish credibility and trust with clients through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient at managing and leading diverse teams made up of people with a variety of technical skills and backgrounds, in different locations (remote and/or on-site), and from different organizations (CapTech, client employees, and/or other vendors).

Training and Certification
Successful candidates usually have relevant training and/or certifications through some of the following organizations:
- Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Agile Alliance
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications (strongly preferred)

Pay
Compensation for this role will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, total relevant experience, job level, and geographic location. The base pay range for this role is $110,000 - $200,000.
