Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of robotics and automated tooling programs from requirements definition through CISS, CIPS, and production deployment.
- Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), resource plans, and program budgets.
- Drive cross-functional execution across mechanical design, controls, software, systems, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Facilitate structured engineering milestones including PDR, CDR, FDR risk reviews, and readiness gates.
- Ensure compliance with Airbus quality, safety, documentation, and configuration management standards.
Technical Integration
- Translate customer and production requirements into clear, actionable technical scopes.
- Cookordinate system architecture decisions across robotics, motion control, vision, tooling, and factory integration.
- Track technical risks, mitigation strategies, and validation plans.
- Partner with systems engineering and controls/software leads to manage interface definitions and performance validation.
- Support V&V planning including simulation, offline programming, CISS, CIPS, and production ramp-up.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Serve as the primary program interface to Airbus internal customers, external partners, and suppliers.
- Lead program reviews, status reporting, and executive-level updates.
- Manage scope changes, contract deliverables, and commercial impacts in coordination with program leadership.
- Support onsite installation, commissioning, and production readiness activities.
Financial & Operational Management
- Track program financials including budget, earned value, and forecast accuracy.
- Manage procurement, supplier deliverables, and long-lead items aligned to schedule.
- Drive issue resolution across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Implement continuous improvement across program execution, documentation, and lessons learned.
Additional Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, tooling performance, and delivery processes.
- Support proposal development, cost estimation, and technical scoping for new programs.
