Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive system and business process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with manufacturing operations goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and manufacturing departments to drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from various stakeholders and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all program activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related field, with a focus on systems and business process reviews.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
