About the role
The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead complex systems and business process reviews to ensure alignment with manufacturing operations goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive system and business process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with manufacturing operations goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and manufacturing departments to drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from various stakeholders and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all program activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related field, with a focus on systems and business process reviews.
- Proven experience leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
