Senior Technical Program Manager - Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Organize planning, requirements, scheduling, and retrospective discussions
• Lead efforts to improve business processes
• Sustainably support engineering teams in task estimation and scheduling
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and initiatives
• Define project scope, success criteria, and resource requirements
• Manage requirements and development of business use cases
• Communicate project updates and key decisions to stakeholders
• Design, develop, build, and implement solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of proven project management experience
• Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills capable of adjusting for management levels
• Knowledge of operational processes in semi-chips, boards, systems, and servers
• Supply Chain experience with IT infrastructure and Data Analytics projects
• Proven track record delivering solutions under changing priorities
