About the Opportunity
The Senior Technical Program Manager (Supercomputing Operations) role centers on managing complex, cross-organization initiatives that enhance the end-to-end experiences across multiple cloud products and services. This position is key to supporting strategic customers and partners as they advance their cloud computing capabilities, contributing directly to the growth and effectiveness of the specialized cloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive impactful cross-functional programs spanning multiple cloud products and services.
- Manage complex projects to successful completion with minimal supervision.
- Mentor junior team members and support the Product Management team.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player and demonstrate coachability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to meet specialized security screening requirements, including passing a cloud background check upon hire and biennially.
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
- 6+ years managing cross-functional/cross-team projects.
- At least 1 year experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., documentation, demos).
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD 119,800 to USD 234,700 per year. Specific locations such as the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area have a base pay range of USD 160,200 to USD 261,000 per year.
