Senior Technical Program Manager, Strategic Program Driver

Responsibilities
- Implement and carry out the defined Edge Security strategy.
- Maintain ownership of the documented strategies for AI tooling and proactive program management.
- Drive the execution of the AI tooling and proactive program management initiatives.
- Establish and manage a collaboration framework with cross-functional technical teams for strategic initiatives, including organizing communities and meetings.
- Deliver on specific strategic programs aimed at improving on-time delivery (OTD), quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience leading engineering or program management functions within the data center, networking, or telecommunications sectors.
- Experience in the field of network infrastructure security.
- Experience with the adoption of AI technologies within a delivery environment.
- Experience in leading organizational transformation and managing change.
- Experience in transforming historical project data and lessons into program management systems.
Preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Operations, or Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Experience deploying technical infrastructure on a global scale.
- Experience upscaling an organization through best practices, horizontal process alignment, and identifying process gaps.
- Capacity to maintain a strategic mindset while executing tasks with a high sense of urgency.
- Able to perform technical deep-dives into the design specifications of complex networks.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience leading engineering or program management functions within the data center, networking, or telecommunications sectors.
- Experience in the field of network infrastructure security.
- Experience with the adoption of AI technologies within a delivery environment.
- Experience in leading organizational transformation and managing change.

Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $192000 - $279000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
