About the Opportunity
The Senior Technical Program Manager - Security & Identity leads large cross-functional programs focused on security and identity initiatives. This role drives the adoption of customer identity and access management (IAM), manages security compliance programs, and oversees vulnerability management efforts. It plays a crucial part in ensuring the protection of sensitive data and compliance standards, contributing directly to the organization's strategic security objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects from ideation through delivery, managing schedules and removing obstacles.
- Define and track metrics and key performance indicators to monitor program progress and resolve issues.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance organizational effectiveness toward business goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Identify and manage risks, aligning leadership on appropriate risk levels.
- Conduct productive meetings ranging from small groups to large gatherings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or engineering manager in software development.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of project and program management experience.
- Proven track record delivering products in fast-paced, multidisciplinary, and distributed environments.
Pay
- Estimated base pay range $164,000—$202,000 USD.
- Eligibility for a corporate bonus plan.
