Senior Technical Program Manager, Product Security

Priorities and Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and direct incoming security requests to the appropriate domain expert.
  • Build NVIDIA's first security program dashboard to monitor demand efficiency, pattern adoption rates, capacity utilization, and risk deflection.
  • Own cross-organizational intake with partner teams and architecture review bodies.
  • Drive concurrent security platform initiatives from planning through delivery.
  • Stay ahead of demand by tracking partner team roadmaps, company priorities, and industry events.
  • Partner with the customer experience team to ship AI-assisted security tools and developer-facing products.
  • Own and continuously improve program reporting, automating or updating dashboards and other reporting methods monthly.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of Technical Program Manager experience owning complex, cross-functional technical programs.
  • Technical breadth to understand a security-dense request and direct it accurately.
  • Proven track record of building program measurement infrastructure from scratch, including dashboards and portfolio-tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster agreement across different parts of the organization without authority.
  • Strong executive communication skills to simplify complex program status into adoption rates, capacity trends, risk exposure, and business impact.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology and practical experience using Jira or similar project tracking software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

  • Practical experience in AI security initiatives, such as agent authorization, model supply chain integrity, timely injection risks, or LLM deployment security.
  • Background in product security, application security, cloud security architecture, or developing secure applications.
  • Experience with BSIMM or SSDF.
  • Demonstrated ability to link security program results to commercial value, such as regulated-market pipeline, revenue enablement, or relating architecture decisions to business risk.

Skills

  • PMP, CISSP, CISM, or Scrum Master certification.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $200,000 - $322,000 for Level 5, and $240,000 - $379,500 for Level 6.
  • Eligibility for equity and benefits.

Pay and Schedule

  • Base salary determined based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
