Senior Technical Program Manager - Security

Responsibilities

• Lead the security readiness efforts for critical product launches
• Cook up comprehensive security reviews across different teams
• Manage the resolution of security bugs, risks, and exceptions diligently
• Develop and enhance the process for launch readiness, including playbook creation
• Effectively communicate security status to executive and key stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in security program management or related fields
• Strong understanding of security operations and product security in tech environments
• Ability to liaise effectively across various technical teams
• Experience managing product launch reviews and security sprints
• Proficient in communicating risk and velocity tradeoffs under pressure
