Senior Technical Program Manager, Product Security

Responsibilities

• Prioritize incoming security requests with technical context for effective handling
• Develop the company’s first security program dashboard for real-time insights
• Manage cross-organizational security requests, ensuring they reach the right teams
• Lead concurrent security initiatives from inception to delivery for AI security tools
• Monitor partner team roadmaps and industry events to anticipate and balance security needs
• Collaborate with customer experience teams to launch AI security tools and products for developers
• Enhance program reporting through automation and reporting method updates

Qualifications

• 12+ years as a Technical Program Manager in fast-scaling product organizations
• Technical expertise in AI security, threat modeling, and supply chain security
• Established experience in building program measurement systems and dashboards
• Ability to negotiate and foster agreement across diverse teams without direct authority
• Strong executive communication skills for conveying complex program data clearly
• Proficient in Agile methods and experienced with Jira or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
