About the role

Responsible for managing technical projects within the manufacturing test solutions team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Oversee the development and execution of test strategies to support product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans for manufacturing test solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements, ensuring they align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the implementation of test strategies that enhance product quality and reliability, working closely with R&D and manufacturing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies related to manufacturing test solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and risks, providing regular updates to senior management and steering committee.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to resolve issues and drive project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical program management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept through completion, with a track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
