Senior Technical Program Manager, GenAI and Models

For our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their team and lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery.

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs across training frameworks and AI infrastructure
• Partner with technical teams to define and execute roadmaps and success metrics
• Coordinate large-scale training and evaluation experiments with resource management
• Manage dependency tracking, scheduling, and updates for AI initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering management delivering software platforms
• Experience leading global programs involving research, engineering, and QA teams
• Strong grasp of the AI model lifecycle including training and evaluation phases
• Proficient in running software releases across various configurations and workflows

Pay

$168,000 – $322,000 annually
