As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead highly ambiguous, large-scale programs from inception to launch.
- Define strategic roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and proactively mitigate systemic risks.
- Guide our operational modernization by identifying, evaluating, and scaling advanced AI tools.
- You will lead the implementation of these critical efficiencies across the SDLC to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Design and deploy intelligent, frictionless workflows that accelerate time-to-market, allowing our engineering partners to focus entirely on innovation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior technical leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and set the standard for execution, driving our mission to build a robust operational foundation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications
- 8 years of experience in program management and coordinating large cross-organizational programs.
- Experience helping teams improve operational and product excellence and accessibility.
- Strong program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects (planning, execution, risk, stakeholder management).
- Ability to practically apply AI tools to drive productivity and solve program challenges, rather than deep ML engineering.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical groups.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Pay
US: $192000 - $279000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
