Information TechnologyFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (Overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Must Have Skills/Attributes and Required Minimum Education and Required Skills), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Skills), Benefits (but only if actual benefits stated; posting says "Benefits For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here." That's not specific benefit details, just a link. According to rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does not state specific benefits, just a link. So we should not include Benefits. Pay: we have Min Hourly Rate and Max Hourly Rate. So we can include Pay section with that info. Schedule: we have Work Model: Onsite, Shift: 9-5 regular business hours. So we can include Schedule section. Also we have Estimated Duration (In months): 13. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not a standard heading; we could include in About the role paragraph. Job ID etc we drop. Also we need to remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract: - Hiring Organization: Rose International (maybe not needed as heading but could be in About the role paragraph) - Position Number: 507878 (drop) - Industry: Social Media (maybe not needed) - Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager AV Collaboration Technology (already shown) - Job Location: Menlo Park, CA, USA, 94025 - Work Model: Onsite - Shift: 9-5 regular business hours - Employment Type: Temporary - FT/PT: Full-Time - Estimated Duration (In months): 13 - Min Hourly Rate($): 70.00 - Max Hourly Rate($): 76.00 - Must Have Skills/Attributes: SOP, Stakeholders, Technical Experience (maybe not clear; but we can list as given) - Desired: Program coordination / technical program delivery, including experience across multiple concurrent, (6+ yrs); Background in enterprise AV/IT or collaboration-technology program environment (3+ yrs); Experience coordinating large, multi-site or multi-partner programs (3+ yrs); Knowledge of event production environments (broadcast, live events, studio operations) (3+ yrs); Working familiarity with AV/VC and collaboration technology (enough to coordinate delivery credibly) (3+ yrs); Comfortable working with event and production space technology (3+ yrs); Comfortable operating across time zones (3+ yrs) - Required Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent - **C2C is not available** (maybe note) - Job Description Travel: ~50%, mainly within the US region - Required Education High School Diploma (duplicate) - Required Skills 6+ years in program coordination / technical program delivery, including experience across multiple concurrent, multi-site or global programs - Proven ability to bring structure and momentum to large, interdependent initiatives with competing priorities - Strong cross-functional coordination experience at a senior stakeholder level - Excellent written and verbal communication — able to brief senior stakeholders clearly and concisely - Working familiarity with AV/VC and collaboration technology (enough to coordinate delivery credibly): conference room and event space equipment - Comfortable operating across time zones - (US time zones — Pacific primary, with East/Central coverage) - Comfortable working with event and production space technology - Preferred Skills Background in enterprise AV/IT or collaboration-technology program environments - Experience coordinating large, multi-site or multi-partner programs - Familiarity with client's collaboration technology stack or equivalent enterprise platforms - Knowledge of event production environments (broadcast, live events, studio operations) - Overview paragraph (We are seeking...) - Responsibilities list (Cross-Program Coordination, Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Coordination, Risk, Status & Reporting, Production & Event Space Programs, Hands-On Delivery Support, Standards & Continuity) - Reporting: Regional Program Manager — US - Scope & Classification paragraph (senior individual-contributor Contingent Worker role, does not include people management, budget ownership, etc.) - Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act... (EEO boilerplate, remove) - Only those lawfully authorized to work... (maybe keep as a short note about work authorization? It's substantive? It's a requirement: only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country will be considered. That's a requirement; we could include in Requirements or a short p.) - Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates... (maybe keep as note) - Benefits section: just link, not specific => omit. - California Pay Equity link => omit. - Equal Opportunity Employer => omit. - Positions located in San Francisco and Los Angeles... => omit. - If you need assistance... => omit. - Rose International has an official agreement... => omit. We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. We have content for About the role (Overview). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe combine Required Minimum Education, Required Skills, Travel, Work authorization note). Qualifications (maybe Preferred Skills). Skills (maybe Must Have Skills/Attributes). Pay (hourly rate). Schedule (Work Model, Shift). Benefits we omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not put

Senior Technical Program Manager...

. We'll put About the role etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's craft. Section About the role: include overview paragraph, location, employment type, duration, maybe travel. We can include location and duration in About the role paragraph. Section Responsibilities: list each responsibility as
  • . Section Requirements: include Required Minimum Education, Required Skills (6+ years etc), Travel ~50%, Work authorization note (only those lawfully authorized...), maybe C2C not available. Section Qualifications: include Preferred Skills bullet list. Section Skills: include Must Have Skills/Attributes (SOP, Stakeholders, Technical Experience) plus maybe the desired list? But we already put desired in Requirements? Actually the "Desired:" list is under Must Have Skills/Attributes? The posting: "Must Have Skills/Attributes: SOP, Stakeholders, Technical Experience Desired: Program coordination / technical program delivery, including experience across multiple concurrent, (6+ yrs); Background in enterprise AV/IT or collaboration-technology program environment (3+ yrs); ..." So it's a bit confusing. We'll treat Must Have Skills/Attributes as SOP, Stakeholders, Technical Experience (maybe short). And the Desired list as part of Requirements or Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we can put Must Have Skills/Attributes under Skills section, and the longer experience list under Requirements (or Qualifications). Let's decide: Requirements section for mandatory qualifications (education, experience, travel, work auth). Qualifications section for preferred skills. Skills section for must-have skills/attributes (SOP, Stakeholders, Technical Experience). That seems okay. Pay section: Min Hourly Rate $70.00, Max Hourly Rate $76.00. Schedule section: Work Model: Onsite, Shift: 9-5 regular business hours. We also have FT/PT: Full-Time, Employment Type: Temporary. Could include in About the role or Schedule? Maybe About the role includes employment type. Let's craft HTML. We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's write:
