About the role
This role is part of Enterprise Technology (ET), where we're developing the digital infrastructure needed to build the road to space, with an emphasis on digital capabilities required to advance Blue Origin’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design, development, testing and deployment of features into production across multiple technical teams.
- Create and track project milestones, risks and dependencies, describe, own and prioritize all technical requirements associated with delivery.
- Dive deep and understand the design details of the systems in your area, especially those related to customer interfaces, and the expectations for system dependencies.
- Identify existing systems or services will require changes in order to implement the new capability, work with the SDM for each system to estimate the work involved.
- Develop an implementation plan across teams.
- Demonstrate good judgment in how and when to escalate critical program decisions.
- Write effective narratives on program decisions, technical trade-offs and program updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams in product management, program management or engineering roles
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
Qualifications
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Proven track record of delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
- Experience with Confluence, JIRA
- Experience with data analysis to capture, process, and organize data to uncover actionable insights

Benefits
- Base Pay Range For WA applicants is $145,188.00 - $203,263.20
