Senior Technical Program Manager, ASPICE Assessor

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Conduct ASPICE and HW SPICE assessments across various engineering disciplines
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for assessment validation and clustering findings
• Facilitate workshops to present evidence and discuss improvement priorities
• Translate assessment findings into actionable improvement items
• Communicate assessment updates and risks to senior leadership clearly
• Mentor teams on ASPICE and HW SPICE implementation, aiding in the understanding of findings
• Enhance the assessment methodology and AI tool calibration based on feedback

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Automotive SPICE PAM 4.0 at BP and GP level
• 10+ years of experience in relevant fields
• BS or MS in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
• Intacs Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor certification; strong preference for Competent Assessor
• Proven track record in ASPICE assessments from planning to reporting
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
• Experience in program or project management, coordinating multiple workstreams
• Familiarity with ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, and ISO 8800

Compensation

$168,000 – $322,000 annually
