This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency in a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.
Responsibilities
- Own intake and quality standards for acceleration capacity requests from multiple teams
- Run quarterly and annual demand forecasts and change controls, identifying issues early
- Prepare and conduct capacity-planning and allocation reviews based on various operational metrics
- Track capacity through its lifecycle from request to productive use
- Coordinate infrastructure dependencies including access, storage, and migration timing
- Maintain dashboards, ensuring the quality of source data and reporting accuracy
- Prepare concise leadership reporting on risks, decisions, actions, and accountable owners
Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar field
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or a closely related field, especially within AI/ML platforms or cloud infrastructure
- Proven ownership of operational programs involving scarce-resource trade-offs and complex operational cadences
- Strong skills in program mechanics including intake, forecasting, and action closure
- Technical proficiency to understand infrastructure constraints and effectively interact with engineers and researchers
- Data proficiency to evaluate source quality and reconcile conflicting views
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex updates for leadership

Pay
$168,000 – $322,000 annually
