Senior Technical Program/Delivery Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Resource Management, Program/Project Management, Consultant Operations, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition for a Professional Services Organization
• Experience in Software - Mobile Application and IT Services Delivery
• Strong experience managing client issue resolution
• Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence others
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with large teams
• Able to manage confidential information appropriately and professionally
• Strong competency in core professional skills, especially, attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, flexibility, initiative, and tact
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com as a Client management and Resource Management tool
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred)

Location

This role will be based out of New York. This role will be 16 hr/week as the Technical Program Manager and rest of the 24 hours will be spent as the Delivery Manager for InRhythm Delivery Org.
