We are seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to drive coordinated execution across multiple products, portfolios, and engineering teams. This role will create and maintain integrated delivery and release plans, manage cross-product dependencies, track execution at the required level of detail, and provide clear reporting to senior executives. The role is primarily focused on delivery planning, governance, establishing accountability, reporting, and predictability. Budget management experience is preferred but not required. Engineer the Future with a Career at EPAM This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $130,000-$170,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
