Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The position involves developing and maintaining software systems that enhance trust and safety features within the company's products. This includes working on artificial intelligence models to prevent abuse and build trust between users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain machine learning models to improve abuse prevention and trust building features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers to implement new features and optimize existing systems.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of trust and safety workflows using scheduling tools.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in full stack development or machine learning.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant frameworks.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and other database management systems.
• Experience with RabbitMQ and other messaging systems.
• Experience with observability tools such as Fiddler and Kinesis.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS and Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
