About the role
The Senior Technical Product Manager will focus on removing the inefficiency of medical billing by building the automation engine that handles the entire revenue cycle for our customers, allowing them to focus on patients instead of paperwork.
This is a Full Time position requiring working 3 days a week in our Mountain View office (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level concepts into scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with provider workflows and major healthcare systems.
- Spend time onsite at hospitals and clinics to understand firsthand how providers work, identify pain points, and rapidly iterate on solutions that fit into real-world clinical environments.
- Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, designers, and clinical stakeholders to ship high-impact features that drive measurable improvements in provider efficiency.
- Lead a small team of Product Managers to support the RCM (revenue cycle management) initiatives.
- Regularly engage with COOs, CSOs, and CIOs of major healthcare systems, clearly articulating product vision, roadmap, and impact to gain buy-in and drive adoption.
- Stay ahead of the curve in AI & Healthcare: keep up with AI advancements in LLMs, autonomous agents, and clinical NLP, continuously exploring new ways to enhance provider workflows through technology.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee the execution of technical and clinical product strategies, including creating innovative solutions for healthcare billing complexities and clinical product offerings, aligning them with overarching business goals.
- Act as the primary product contact for clients, understanding their specific needs and deploying solutions that integrate seamlessly into their operations. Ensure products are tailored to real-world use and deliver measurable benefits.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams to define and prioritize product requirements, develop project plans, manage key deliverables, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain rigorous processes and workflows for product operations and quality assurance, including metrics and OKRs to monitor and drive business growth.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, gathering and integrating feedback to refine and adapt product offerings. Develop tools and metrics to measure product effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Professional experience in Product Management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- A proven ability to manage complex technology projects across functional boundaries
Experience with SQL and QA best practices are a must.

Qualifications
