Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Producer or Senior/Lead Tech Producer
• Demonstrated experience supporting engineering and/or tools teams
• Proven ability to work across disciplines
• Comfortable managing technical workstreams
• Strong understanding of SDLC and iterative game development
• Excellent project management skills
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Passion for gaming and industry trends

Pluses

• Hands-on experience with tools development or engine-side work
• Familiarity with APIs, backend systems, or live service infrastructure
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine development workflows
• Familiarity with first-party platform relations and certification processes
• Experience managing co-development partners or external vendors
• Exposure to platform certification processes
• Background in QA or QA-adjacent roles
