About the role
Join our dynamic team of cybersecurity professionals. We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in threat hunting, incident response, and SIEM technologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct hypothesis-based activity hunting to identify potential threats within customer environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and respond to security incidents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to enhance detection capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other members of the MDR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a threat hunting or incident response role.
- Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CISSP, GSEC, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data.
- Experience with cloud security, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of common attack vectors and techniques used by cyber adversaries.
- Experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
Skills
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
- Experience with SIEM dashboards and visualization tools.
- Understanding of network protocols and security architectures.
- Experience with forensic analysis and incident response procedures.

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
